Mel Cossette has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing education, has developed technician training programs for industry and educational institutions, is a Master Mentor with the NSF ATE Mentor-Connect project, serves on numerous committees and national boards and worked in various industries prior to holding administrative positions in the community and technical college system.
John Cosgrove is a partner at Cosgrove Associates, and retired director of Institutional Research at St. Louis Community College. Mr. Cosgrove has over 25+ years of experience in data collection and institutional research, and has been engaged in data reporting to state agencies and to IPEDS.
Angel Duncan is the Sr. Manager, Global Learner Engagement at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Academy. Ms. Duncan has over 10 years of leadership experience and was Director of Workforce Education at Florida State College at Jacksonville prior to joining AWS.
Jack Waintraub has over 35 years of experience as a faculty and department chair of engineering technology programs at Middlesex County College in Edison, NJ. He has also served at the ATE program officer at NSF, and has been an active member of the engineering technology community. Prof. Waintraub will bring academic department’s perspective on this data collection project.
Elizabeth (Liz) Teles has 10+ years of faculty experience at Montgomery College, MD, and has served as the lead program director of ATE program at NSF for over 20 years.
